Shipping And Handling

All orders are shipped from the UK

Deliveries

We process your order as soon as possible. Normal delivery from us is 5 business days. Overseas orders can range from 7 to 10 days (most) or up to 28 in extreme cases. The Royal Mail strike will also have an impact on our delivery service and therefore it may take longer than 28 days. Unfortunately, we have no control over third party delivery companies.

Tax

Where VAT is applicable to items there will be the UK and European charge of 20% VAT is automatically added to the item. Where items are Zero-rated or Exempt of Tax there will be no charge.

Transaction Security

Lang Syne Publishing does not collect or store any credit card information on our systems. All payments are handled by Paypal.

Guarantee

If you do not like any goods you purchase we will refund within 30 days of purchase. We want you to be satisfied. Any refunds will be done minus postage.
